1. Process Engineering Manager, UAE

My client, a well-established Oil and Gas company is currently looking for a Process Engineering Manager to join their expanding team in the UAE. The ideal candidate has to manage the engineering of all phases of new developments from conceptual studies through to start-up. Responsibilities:

• Perform feasibility studies for new developments.

• Provide engineering support to Operations and Maintenance.

• Develop and maintain company standards and systems for Engineering.

• Set performance targets for engineering team members and monitor their performance.

• Responsible for all engineering related to new field developments either on-shore or off-shore.

• Ensure all engineering fulfills the project objectives and is completed on time and within budget.

• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and technical queries from Operations and Maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.

• Minimum 15 years' experience in the design of on-shore and off-shore oil and gas production facilities.

• Experience with commissioning and operations of oil and gas facilities is essential.

• Must have experience in the Middle East region.

2. Production Manager, Saudi Arabia

3. Electrical Maintenance Manager, Saudi Arabia

Our client, a well-known name in the metallurgy industry is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Manager to join their expanding team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for any electrical engineering, control engineering or instrument engineering positions as well as direct responsibility for the Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians assigned to carry out both preventive as well as corrective maintenance in the operating departments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation systems in a Steel Melting Shop.

• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of a strategic electrical, controls and instrumentation plan for the Manufacturing department.

• Assume responsibility for auditing and evaluating the plant's electrical, control and instrumentation systems to ensure that the systems are up to date with industry standards and where deficiencies exist, formulate short, medium and long term plans to address these deficiencies.

• Assume accountability for the conceptual design, detail design, procurement and execution of the electrical, controls and instrumentation portions of all capital and other improvement projects.

• Interface with Maintenance Planners and Reliability Engineers to ensure that all new equipment and supporting documentation is properly maintained manage Maintenance Catalog, Technical Library pertaining to Electrical Circuit diagrams, PLC diagram.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering.

• At least 10-15 years of similar electrical maintenance experience in the iron and steel industry in the GCC.

4. QA/QC Manager, Saudi Arabia

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of quality control and quality assurance for steel plant operations and production in Company ensuring production output adheres by the standards and expectations of management and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving Quality Standards and Enhancement by contributing information and recommendations to production plans and reviews.

• Prepare and complete action plans; implement quality enhancement plans in production processes, productivity, and customer-service standards.

• Complete audits; identify trends; determine system improvements; resolve problems and implement change.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering.

• At least 5 years of similar quality assurance and control experience in the iron and steel industry in the GCC.
