A leading service company urgently needs the following:

CATERING MANAGERS
• Preferably University or College Graduate with a course in Hospitality or Culinary Art.
• At least five years intensive knowledge in running catering for Camps Accommodation with minimum occupancy of 1000
personnel
• Knowledge in costing and preparation of management control reports (food cost, laundry and housekeeping cost, etc).
knowledge in computer operations and basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc)
• A team leader who can work independently and be able to execute the company’s policies and targets.
• A very good command of English language. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus factor.
• Valid Saudi Driver’s license
• Catering Supervisors.
• Not more than 45 years old
• Previous or current work as a Catering Supervisor or equivalent post
• Can handle camp catering operations with minimum occupancy of 500 personnel
• Knowledge in costing and preparation of management control reports (food cost, laundry and housekeeping cost, etc).

• Basic knowledge of Food Safety Management System (ISO or HACCP)
• A very good command of English language. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus factor.
• Valid Saudi Driver’s license
